A successful conclusion of YULIAO training activity –MIFIA

In order to strengthen our MIFIA partners’ deep friendship, develop everyone’s team sprite to overcome difficulties, MIFIA team take part in YULIAO training activity in July 18^th, 2015 and July 19^th, 2015.

The activity guided by military training to train team discipline, unity, mutual aid, division of labor, and so on. At the beginning of the activity, after a simple introduction of the activity rule by training instructor we went into a fierce competition round. In the process of playing games, MIFIA team work together and put their heart into this game, in the meanwhile, they experienced the double test of physical strengthen and intelligence, but they still finished the test perfectly . As the game progressed, every guy sustained enthusiasm, morale and tacit understanding in cooperation, also let us know how necessary that the trust, understanding and communication should be in a team ,and the importance of the collaboration and tacit. In the end, MIFIA team put a nice “end cap” on this training activity with a beautiful sand sculptures.
