MIFIA 2026 Year-End Celebration: Gratitude, Team Spirit, and the Chinese New Year

As the Spring Festival approaches, MIFIA held its 2026 Year-End Celebration, bringing the entire team together to reflect on the past year, express gratitude, and share joyful moments before welcoming the Chinese New Year — the Year of the Horse.

One of the highlights was the creation ofDream Boards, where each participant shared personal and professional goals for the new lunar year, reflecting on how they can grow and become better versions of themselves.

Another cherished tradition, the“Guardian Angel”, continued this year. Each team member secretly supported a colleague throughout the year, and during the annual gathering, identities were revealed, and gifts were exchanged — a simple yet heartfelt way to show appreciation and care.
