From January 26th to January 30th, 2024, MIFIA participated in the AMBIENTE exhibition in Frankfurt. We gained a lot from this exhibition. This exhibition was particularly special, especially due to its many challenges. However, we were fortunate to find solutions to each difficulty, making it a satisfactory experience overall!

Crisis 1:Due to the Red Sea crisis, in the early stages of the exhibition, we faced the possibility that the samples arranged in advance might not reach the exhibition. Despite having prepared our samples for shipping three months before the event, an unexpected crisis arose due to the arrangements made by the courier company. Our boss made quick decisions, arranging for some samples to be air-freighted as a backup plan in case the exhibition samples didn't arrive.

Crisis 2:Wenzhou, a city in southern China, rarely experiences snow. The last snowfall was a thin layer ten years ago. However, this year, we experienced a massive snowfall, a sight more commonly seen in the north. The snow caused our flight to Germany to be delayed by two hours, making the connecting flight time incredibly tight. With the city's insufficient snow removal capabilities, traffic was congested, and each team member was racing against time to find faster routes. Fortunately, everyone successfully took off after proactive responses, such as exploring new routes and transportation methods.

Crisis 3:Upon arrival at Frankfurt Airport in Germany, a new crisis emerged. We received last-minute notice that the hotel reservations made months in advance were canceled due to renovation. Furthermore, our luggage failed to arrive with us and was left at the departure airport. Due to some transportation strikes, our original itineraries had to be changed. It was a long day and night, and time seemed endless. Fortunately, both of MIFIA's main anchors were present. Everyone divided tasks, actively seeking new accommodations while communicating with airport personnel to find solutions.

Crisis 4:On the day of setting up the booth, we received another piece of "news": the truck carrying the decoration materials had been involved in an accident, rendering many installation structures unusable. As a result, the booth setup couldn't be as planned, and we had to make do with what we had. When we arrived at the venue, we discovered that we had indeed lost many bright colors. However, in the chaos, many people not only lacked lights and samples but also various setups. The fortunate were assisted, and luck favored the energetic! Our decoration team acted responsibly, providing all the necessary cooperation and assistance within their capabilities. Despite the challenges, the final presentation was completed through the collective efforts of all parties.

Perfect Conclusion: Despite experiencing many difficulties and unexpected events, every crisis brought an opportunity for growth. Everyone performed excellently during the exhibition, engaging with customers in heartfelt exchanges with their unique charms. Overall, the exhibition performed well. Our zipper bag wall and leather wall have always been eye-catching, especially our EVA zipper bags and leather, representing our pursuit of professionalism, uniqueness, and high quality. Additionally, several series of products were well received upon their market launch, garnering great praise.

With a perfect conclusion, we look forward to the next exhibition and the opportunity to meet and communicate with both old and new friends. Face-to-face meetings bring about a heart-to-heart connection, enabling us to better understand each other and grasp what our customers truly desire.
